Ho Chi Minh City Concierge Association, Vietnam, Officially Launched

The Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam Concierge Association has officially been established, marking a significant milestone in strengthening professional connections and advancing the standards of luxury guest services.

On 11 August, the Ho Chi Minh City Tourism Association  officially launched the Ho Chi Minh City Concierge Association. The establishment of the association represents an important step toward professionalizing the city’s concierge community, enhancing service quality, and elevating the overall visitor experience in Ho Chi Minh City.

The association currently comprises 50 members, including 47 official members and 3 associate members. Its members are experienced hospitality professionals who regularly collaborate with travel agencies and transportation providers to support visitors while actively participating in community initiatives.

At the inaugural ceremony, Mr. Dang Trung Truc, Head Concierge at The Reverie Saigon, was elected as the Association’s President.

Speaking at the event, Ms. Nguyen Thi Khanh, Chairwoman of the Ho Chi Minh City Tourism Association, expressed her expectation that the Ho Chi Minh City Concierge Association will serve as a bridge between Vietnam’s concierge professionals and the international concierge network. She also emphasized the association’s role in strengthening partnerships across the tourism industry, enhancing visitor experiences, and contributing to the sustainable development of tourism in Ho Chi Minh City.

Also addressing the ceremony, Mr. Le Truong Hien Hoa, Deputy Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Tourism, described the establishment of the association as a positive milestone in the professional development of the city’s tourism workforce. He noted that the association will play an important role in connecting visitors with the city’s unique tourism products, services, and cultural experiences. The Department of Tourism also expects the association to promote professional training, facilitate knowledge sharing, strengthen international collaboration, and further elevate service excellence throughout the hospitality industry.
